Ardnastruban House | Bed and Breakfast in North Uist
Margaret and Stewart offer comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation and a warm welcome for you at Ardnastruban House.
Here on the small island of Grimsay, connected by causeways to North Uist and Benbecula, there are delightful views over the surrounding countryside and the sea channel.
We’re just about half way along the Hebridean island hopping journey through Eriskay, South Uist, Benbecula, Grimsay, North Uist and Benbecula. All are connected by roads over causeways – with ferries to the mainland, Barra, Harris and Lewis.
Personal service, comfort, local produce and great hospitality.
We offer just two guest rooms and a guests' lounge and dining room, in an area of the house that's separate from our own living accommodation.
The comfortable bedrooms are fully equipped with flat screen television, DVD player, central heating, tea and coffee making tray, quality beds and fabrics, plus an ensuite shower room or private bathroom.
You're welcome to relax in the lounge, browse a small library of local interest books or borrow a laminated OS map to guide you while you stay here. In the morning, we'll serve your choice from our breakfast menu, while you view the local scenery and, perhaps, catch a glimpse of the wildlife that abounds.
